  • Our prices include local delivery/collection and installation (nation wide service available at competitive rates).
  • At Venue there are no hidden costs. All items are delivered with the relevant stands, cables, batteries etc.
  • We are located closer to Cambridge city centre than any other local AV hire company which means we can respond quickly should a last minute requirement crop up. However we remain close to all major roads to get to our more remote customers in record time.
  • All equipment is regularly serviced and checked before delivery to assure a trouble free event.
  • Hires are charged by the day but generous discounts are available for hires of over 3 days.
  • Delivery and setting up can be arranged to suit your schedule.
  • Discounts are given to account customers.
